Hotel
The conference will
take place at the SANA
Lisboa Park Hotel, which is a new hotel that oppened just before the
Euro-cup in July.
There is a block of
rooms specially reserved for RTSS, with the following room rates
(including all taxes):
Single: 90
Double: 110
Note 1: the block of rooms
for RTSS is only guaranteed until
October 29th.
Note 2: these rates only apply to
reservations for the conference duration, i.e., between the 4th and the 9th of
December.

reservation online at the
hotel web pages. Please follow the (updated) instructions below:

Fill in the requested information (arrival date, number of nights,
etc) and click on the "Availability Check" button.

Choose the Internet Offer (RTSS) prices
when booking the room (note that the RTSS block of rooms and rates is only
guaranteed from 4 to 9 Dec - availability of rooms outside this period cannot be
guaranteed).

Then fill in the rest of the required

Transportation from the airport
to the hotel
By bus (Aerobus
service): This is perhaps the best option. There is a bus stop near the airport
arrivals, with buses leaving every 20 min, from 7:45 to 20:45 every day. Each
ticket costs 2,35. You should leave the bus at Marquês de Pombal stop,
with the hotel right across the street. The ride time should be about 20-25min.

By bus (lines 45 or 83): There are other bus lines that will take you from the airport to the hotel.
The bus stop is also in front of the airport exit and these buses will also take
you to 'Marquês de Pombal' stop. These buses are cheaper (1,10), but will take
slightly longer and may not be so adequate if you carry heavy bags. However, if
you arrive late in the evening, line 45 will be the best option (it runs until
midnight).
By taxi: Just
outside the airport. This will be slightly faster than the buses (around 15min),
but more expensive. Nevertheless, if you take a taxi it should never cost you
more than 10, including the extra fee for baggage.
